David Hockney’s Untitled No. 712 arrives as a poster—an immediate splash of color and light that stops the eye. The moment you see it, you’ll recognize the hand of an artist who made swimming pools into sun-drenched canvases and flat, joyful color into a language of its own. This is not just a print; it’s a fragment of Hockney’s world, distilled onto paper for your walls. The title itself feels like a secret—no date, no story, just the work standing alone, bold and unapologetic. That’s the magic of Hockney’s later years: art that feels both timeless and urgently alive, as if plucked from a moment of pure, unguarded happiness. This poster carries that same energy into your home, ready to claim its place in your decor with quiet confidence. It’s the kind of art you’ll reach for when you want to remember what it means to feel light—not just in mood, but in the very weight of the colors on your wall. The question isn’t whether it belongs; it’s where you’ll hang it first. There’s no wrong answer. Just possibilities. And for Hockney collectors, this is one of those prints that feels like a discovery, not a purchase. It’s the kind of piece that makes you think, How did I not have this sooner? But here it is now, waiting. The real question is whether your walls are ready for it.
